1. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submission of an application does not guarantee review, approval, funding, production, partnership, sponsorship, or any other business relationship with Good2Shine LLC. All applications are reviewed at our sole discretion.

2. Project Evaluation

Good2Shine LLC may accept, reject, delay, or discontinue consideration of any application at any time, for any reason or no reason. Decisions may be based on funding, resources, staffing, scheduling, partnerships, legal considerations, or project fit.

3. Future Contact

If we are unable to move forward with a project at the time of submission, Good2Shine LLC may retain your application information and may contact you in the future if relevant funding, resources, partnerships, sponsorships, or production opportunities become available.

4. Unsolicited Materials

Please do not submit scripts, screenplays, manuscripts, treatments, pitches, artwork, designs, music, recordings, videos, photographs, event concepts, marketing campaigns, business plans, or other unsolicited creative materials unless specifically requested.

Any unsolicited materials may be deleted or disregarded without review.

5. No Confidential Relationship

All information submitted is provided on a non-confidential basis unless otherwise agreed in writing by an authorized representative of Good2Shine LLC.

Submission does not create any confidential, fiduciary, agency, partnership, employment, joint venture, or contractual relationship between the applicant and Good2Shine LLC.

6. Similar Projects

You acknowledge that Good2Shine LLC may independently develop or receive ideas, projects, or concepts that are similar to those submitted. You agree that no claim will be made against Good2Shine LLC based on similarity alone.

7. Ownership and Authority

You retain ownership of your intellectual property rights, if any.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to submit the information provided

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

• Your submission does not infringe any third-party rights

• You have obtained all necessary permissions for any materials submitted

8. No Obligation

Good2Shine LLC is under no obligation to review, use, respond to, develop, produce, fund, or compensate any submission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good2Shine LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and representatives shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or relating to any submission or the review or non-review of submissions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

11. Agreement

By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
